Mama Raha Healthcare Solutions Ltd provides the App to deliver evidence-based educational and supportive pregnancy tools. The App is currently in a pilot stage and is intended to support, not replace, professional medical advice.
The App is intended for users aged 16 years and above.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate information and update it when it changes.
Do not use the App for unlawful activities, to harm others, or to interfere with App operation. Attempting to access systems without authorization is prohibited.
The App does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for care from qualified health professionals. Always consult your clinician for diagnosis or treatment decisions.
Your use of the App is also governed by the Mama Raha Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.
You may grant permissions such as notifications to receive reminders, educational tips, and important updates. You can enable or disable these at any time via your device settings.
We may use third-party providers (e.g., hosting, analytics, notifications). Their services are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
All App content, features, and functionality are owned by Mama Raha Healthcare Solutions Ltd or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without permission.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mama Raha Healthcare Solutions Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the App is limited to amounts you paid (if any) for using the App.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the App. You may stop using the App at any time.
We may update these Terms to reflect product or legal changes. We will communicate material updates in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
